Frequently asked questions

It depends. Once you send us your order details we will send you an invoice. We will need a preference of garment, size, color and quantity.

All orders include a $10 labor charge per design location on each item plus a 40% markup for the total landed cost of items you want.

For new designs requested that are not in PES or DST format, a one-time $30 fee is applied per new design.

All designs listed above are exempt from this fee.

All orders are subjective and depend on what you want, the quantity of your order and final shipping location. Currently domestic orders under 3 items with our preset designs take roughly 7-10 business days from payment to delivered! Estimated times will be provided once order details are received.

Nope, just let us know what you'll need and we'll make it happen! For designs not listed above you'll send us a picture for reference we'll digitize it so our machine can read it!

Of course! As long as you don't mind cat hair and tears getting on it.

We can embroider on garments like shirts, hoodies, jackets, hats, bags, and more. If you have a special request, let us know and we’ll confirm if the item is suitable. We can embroider anything, any material, accept leather.

Embroidery PES or DST are preferred and will lower the cost of your order! If not, all we need is a PNG, JPG, AI, or PDF!
