How much does it cost?

It depends. Once you send us what designs you want, a preference of garment, size, and color we will send you an invoice. Once paid, Noelle will crack her whip, make me cry, and within 5–7 business days you'll have your very own customized garment made right under the same roof as the absurd content! Tears and cat hair may be found in your order.
How long does it take?

On average custom orders take 5-7 business days from payment to delivered! Remember we are a small team and only have one machine right now. All orders are subjective and depend on what you want and the quantity of your order. We try and dispatch any orders received the following business day but we'll notify you if there are any delays.

Do we just have to do bap.kat designs?

No, we can embroider as much of anything, any material, accept leather. Just let us know what you'll need and we'll make it happen! You'll send us a picture for reference we'll digitize it so our machine can read it! Please try and keep designs simple and submit them as a PNG!

Can I send you my own garment to be embroidered?

Of course! As long as you don't mind cat hair and tears getting on it.
What materials or items can you do?

We can embroider on garments like shirts, hoodies, jackets, hats, bags, and more. If you have a special request, let us know and we’ll confirm if the item is suitable.
What file format should I send my design in?

High-resolution files in PNG, JPG, AI, or PDF work best. If you already have an embroidery PES or DST and will lower the cost of your order!
